The 6 months

Although I still suscribe to this adage of 'an idle mind is the best way to relax,' I decided to occupy my next 6 months with a regular job. Also I have purged my initial ideas of extending my service with the Arsed Forces, with Full-time pay though, because I considered the amount I'd earn to greatly pale in comparison to my projected earnings as a fully fledged lawyer. Moreover, I had intended to store up this earnings in the bank which pays out meagre insignificant interest and is in essence, equivalent to nuts. I will thus be plying my trade at Singapore Airlines, with their Flight Operations team, where I can learn a thing or 2 about pilot training and familiarise myself with my prospective employers which may prove useful in the unlikely event I choose the path as a pilot. It is unlikely because if I do, I would for certain, crash my concorde with full thrust into Paris. My new job pays decently well and I will begin on April 1st.

Anyway, I discovered my good old mercenary and havoc self to have resurfaced when I needed it most. So, as the emotional strings connected to Tekong have snapped, I can now confidently say good riddance to the army, with a vengence! Malik said that it came too soon as he expected me to take 2 weeks to get over it but I'd simply like to attribute it to the Ides of March! Ha Ha Beware!
